The image is from a painting entitled Too Young To Die, 2001, acrylic on cotton, mounted on fiber reinforced plastics. Diameter 180 × 26 cm deep. The painting was included in an exhibition entitled 'I Don't Mind, If You Forget Me' at the Yokohama Museum of Art in September 2001.
