SPAR ONE is an original Lower East Sider.  His artwork is the product of the 1970's melting pot of artists and musicians in New York City.

He began painting graffiti during the 1970s. His work could be seen on the streets and subways of New York. He has exhibited his work in formal venues such as Black and White in Color Gallery, and The Fun Gallery. SPAR is also co-author of the Book Graffiti New York.
